Ron has over 37 years of Federal Government contracting experience supporting Department of Defense and NASA customers in Huntsville and Washington, DC. He has managed technical and business organizations his entire career and has specific expertise in the growth and management of small businesses in a method that results in an exceptional work environment for staff and superior support and products for customers. Ron has been inducted into the State of Alabama Engineering Hall of Fame and has been recognized as a Distinguished Engineering Fellow by the University of Alabama.
Todd serves as the President at Thompson Gray, responsible for leading the company’s strategic direction and overseeing company operations. With over 20 years of experience leading Federal sector practices at large and mid-size companies, his leadership is central to ensuring the seamless integration of strategy and operations, positioning the company for sustained success.
Lyndsey serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Thompson Gray, overseeing the Huntsville and Orlando portfolios. With over 21 years of experience, she has developed extensive expertise in federal contracting, Army financial management, and the deployment and sustainment of ERP systems. As one of the longest-serving employees at Thompson Gray, her leadership and strategic insight have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success.
Pat leads the Thompson Gray’s Functional Proponent Support efforts in Northern Virginia. Pat has worked over 35 years in DoD and Financial Management. He has led the professional development of financial management workforce in DoD and has in-depth understanding of DoD financial management organizational structures, operating environments, and business process policies, procedures, and practices.
Dani Edde serves as the Vice President of Client Solutions at Thompson Gray Inc., where she leads portfolios for PEO Aviation, PEO Missile, AMC, and NASA. With more than 20 years of experience in business management, Dani has been providing dedicated financial and audit support to Army customers since 2011. She has been a key member of the Thompson Gray team for over a decade, contributing significantly to the company’s success in managing complex client solutions. A native of Huntsville, Alabama, Dani enjoys spending her free time with her family and traveling with her husband, balancing her professional commitments with personal fulfillment.
Kerry serves as Thompson Gray’s Chief Financial Officer and is a Certified Public Accountant with 30 years of experience in public accounting. Throughout her career, Kerry has built a strong reputation for her experience in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial management. After graduating from the University of Alabama, she began her career in public accounting, where she specialized in audits, tax compliance, and consulting for a diverse range of clients. Her extensive knowledge of regulatory standards and financial frameworks has equipped her to navigate the complexities of the government contracting industry. As CFO, she is focused on enhancing financial strategy, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and driving operational efficiency and looks forward to supporting the growth and success of Thompson Gray.
Jenna serves as the Executive Corporate Relations Manager & Marketing Lead for Thompson Gray’s Corporate Office in Huntsville, Alabama. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Jenna brings a unique blend of experience and administrative acumen to her role. She is an essential liaison between the Executive Teams across Huntsville, Northern Virginia, and Orlando, ensuring seamless collaboration and strategic alignment across the organization. In her role as Marketing Lead, Jenna supports brand strategy and marketing initiatives that strengthen company visibility and support business development efforts. Jenna is passionate about fostering strong corporate relationships and enhancing operational efficiency, making her an invaluable asset to Thompson Gray’s mission and growth. A native of Huntsville, Alabama, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog.
Pamela serves as Director of Financial Management, Integrated ERP System Sustainment, and Workforce Transformation. Her extensive experience is rooted in her military and distinguished defense contractor career, which laid the foundation for her deep understanding of financial management and human resources. With a successful career spanning over 37 years, Pamela has cultivated her knowledge and proficiency in various domains, including Financial Operations, Human Capital Management, Change Management, ERP Sustainment, Organizational Transformation, and Leadership. Pamela continues to hone her skills and lead teams with excellence across multiple locations, including Germany, Korea, South Carolina, Indiana, and Virginia. She is married with 3 children.
Ana serves as a Director at Thompson Gray. With a career spanning over 17 years, Ana has acquired vast experience in business process integration, training, policy development, and sustainment in Financial Management, Human Resources, and Logistics in both private and public sectors. This diverse exposure makes her uniquely equipped to lead teams at DoD and Army, handling day-to-day execution, Command Direct Support, and the implementation of novel programs and processes.
Leah serves as the Director of Systems Support, overseeing projects in G-Invoicing, advanced data analytics, robotic process automation (RPA), and emerging GFEBS functionality. She has 15 years’ diverse experience in Army Financial Management – having worked as a federal civilian and contractor, at both the Headquarters and Command levels, and in multiple OCONUS locations. She specializes in combining functional experience with system development expertise and has been with Thompson Gray since 2013.
Wes Robinson is a strategic financial executive and retired Army Senior Executive with over 30 years of leadership in federal financial management and ERP transformation. He has a proven track record of managing multibillion-dollar budgets and leading large-scale digital modernizations, including the Army’s transition to the General Fund Enterprise Business System. Currently, he is serving as a Director at Thompson Gray, Inc. Wes specializes in systems integration, audit readiness, systems governance, and aligning complex financial operations with mission outcomes. His extensive background spans executive roles within the Office of the ASA(FM&C), as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Operations and Information (DASA-FOI) and the Director of Management and Control for Army Budget, and leadership positions across the U.S. Army.
Jessica serves as a Director at Thompson Gray overseeing PEO AVN, NASA, AMC, and USAEC portfolios. A seasoned Program and Project Management professional, with over 12 years of Army Audit and Programmatic support experience, she leverages her extensive analytical skills and expertise in financial forecasting to drive impactful results. Holding an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, Jessica has been a key contributor to Thompson Gray’s success since joining in 2015, consistently demonstrating her commitment to excellence throughout her career.
Alan serves as a Director at Thompson Gray and supports all data related needs of his Army customers, including data migration management, benchmarking key performance indicators, monitoring ongoing data quality efforts, and reporting to ensure the health of data in key information systems. He leverages expertise gained during data migration efforts for multiple Army ERP deployments to implement sustainable data-centric customer solutions. Alan utilizes skills gathered from his work with Big Data toolsets to create, deploy and maintain easy-to-use technical data-related solutions using the Army’s readily available desktop tools whenever possible. Alan has been with Thompson Gray since 2019 and resides in Huntsville, Alabama with his wife and their 5 children.
Gary serves as a Director at Thompson Gray, where he manages the PEO CS & CSS portfolio. With over 15 years of experience supporting Army customers in production, modification, fielding, and programmatic support, he has been a crucial asset to the company since 2019. His commitment to excellence has significantly contributed to the company’s growth, including securing Thompson Gray’s first major Prime contract award in 2023. A native of Huntsville, Gary lives there with his wife and two daughters.
Stephanie serves as the Director of PEO Missiles and Space for Thompson Gray. She has over 15 years of financial management experience supporting Army customers across Redstone Arsenal. Stephanie has been with Thompson Gray since 2019 and currently resides in Madison, AL, with her husband and two children.
Kristi serves as the Director of Thompson Gray’s Orlando and Central Florida portfolio, leading a team of professionals supporting CPE STRI and T2COM. Since joining Thompson Gray in 2015, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, building on her prior role as Program Manager, where she directed teams across TSMO, PEO STRI, SMDC, and AMCOM. With more than 25 years of experience in accounting and financial management for government and private-sector organizations, Kristi is dedicated to delivering mission-aligned solutions and cultivating high-performing teams that strengthen Army readiness. She works closely with customers to provide programmatic support, streamline business processes, and enhance data reporting, while partnering with developers to implement dashboards and automated solutions that drive efficiency and informed decision-making.
Mike serves as Director of Business Operations and is responsible for the day-to-day operational functions of the business, designing and implementing plans and procedures that optimize the use of the organization’s resources, people, and technology and ensures that current and future needs of the company are met. Mike is a native of Huntsville, Alabama and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He joined Thompson Gray in February 2022.
