Community Impact

At Thompson Gray, we are committed to giving back to the communities we serve by sharing our time and resources. In 2021, we launched Thompson Gray Together, our official company-wide philanthropic initiative. We are passionate about supporting organizations and projects that matter to our employees, and as such, much of our giving is based on their nominations. Together, our team at Thompson Gray hopes to make a positive impact on the lives of our fellow citizens.

Our Community Giving Programs

At Thompson Gray, we believe in giving back to our community in various ways. Here are some of the philanthropic programs under Thompson Gray Together.

At Thompson Gray, we believe in supporting the causes that matter most to our employees. Each year, every employee has the opportunity to direct a $350 donation to a charity, school program, or youth sports organization of their choice. This initiative ensures that the organizations close to our employees’ hearts receive direct and meaningful support, creating a ripple effect of generosity in our communities.

Through our Quarterly Donations Program, employees can nominate a local 501(c)(3) charity that serves their community within a 50-mile radius. Each quarter, our CEO selects one or more of these nominated organizations to receive a donation, amplifying the impact of grassroots efforts in the places where we live and work. By empowering employees to advocate for the causes they care about, we’re building stronger, more connected communities—one donation at a time.

Thompson Gray is committed to investing in the future of our employees’ families. Our Scholarship Program awards $1,500 annual scholarships to the dependents of full-time employees who are pursuing undergraduate studies at an accredited college, university, or vocational school. The scholarship is renewable for up to four years, supporting students as they work toward their degree.
Eligibility:
  • Open to dependents of full-time employees (working 30+ hours per week) with at least one year of employment at Thompson Gray.
  • Dependents must be 24 years of age or younger.
  • Students must maintain full-time enrollment and a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Application deadline: March 15 each year.
Through this program, we aim to lighten the financial burden of higher education and support the aspirations of the next generation.
At Thompson Gray, we are deeply committed to supporting the men and women who have served our country. Through partnerships with organizations that provide critical resources, advocacy, and assistance to veterans, we strive to give back to those who have given so much. Whether through direct donations, volunteer initiatives, or community engagement, we are proud to stand with those who have worn the uniform.
